    Earlham Park, UEA lake, boardwalk heading towards Cringleford, take the first footpath off heading up to Bluebell road, cross bluebell road into Eaton Park. 25 minute out and back.

    Steady run

    Colney Lane, down to lake, boardwalk back to Eaton, up-to crossroads, right onto church lane, follow to end, join footpath and follow to Marston Lane, turn right to follow footpath following river, all the way back to level crossing, up path by Scout centre, turn left onto Church Lane and return home.

    Audrey’s loop in reverse, with efforts on Swardeston Common.
