- Turn Right out of School to Fiveways roundabout
- Right along Bluebell Road, cross over, and all the way up the Avenues
- Over Park Lane and down Mill Hill Road
- Over Earlham Road, down Heigham Road to Dereham Road
- Right into Dereham Road and UP Grapes Hill, and over to Unthank Road
- Down Unthank Road to Lillie Langtry pub, Right into Park Lane
- Park Lane, down the Avenues as far as Recreation Road
- Right into Recreation Road down to Earlham Road
- Left into Earlham Road to Christchurch Road
- Left into Christchurch Road as far as the Avenues
- Right into the Avenues, across Colman Road, to Bluebell Road
- Right, and back to the School
Distance = 5.4 miles, incorporate if you wish 10 * 1min hard - 1 min jog

- Jog down to Law School
- 2 * 5 hills with jog recovery, after first 5 walk down, then...
- 1K from University Drive to zebra crossing Bluebell Road FAST
- Check times of 1K for future reference

30 minutes out, 30 minutes back
- Turn Right out of School
- Down earlham Road to Colman Road
- Along Colman Road to Half Mile Road, continue to Ipswich Road
- Down Ipswich Road, Left through hotel car park to Hall Road
- Up Hall Road to Tuckswood roundabout
- Right along Martineau Lane to County Hall
- At 30 minutes retrace route back to the School

- Down Earlham Road to University Drive, back to the School
